Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 July 2026
Welcome to Mzansi News. By using this website you agree to these terms. They are short and written to be read.
What this site is
Mzansi News is a headline aggregation service. We display headlines, short public summaries and thumbnail images exactly as published in the public syndication feeds of established news organisations, together with clear attribution, and we link every story to the original article on the publisher's own website. We do not write, edit or host news articles ourselves.
Content belongs to its publishers
All headlines, summaries, images and articles remain the property of the news organisations that created them. The appearance of a publisher's headlines on Mzansi News does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by that publisher. Publishers who prefer not to be featured can request removal via our contact page and will be removed promptly.
Acceptable use
You are welcome to use the site for personal, non-commercial news reading. You agree not to:
- use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for others;
- attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security;
- frame or republish the site in a way that misrepresents who created the underlying journalism.
No warranty
News is fast and feeds occasionally fail, lag or contain errors introduced upstream. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that headlines are complete, current or accurate — accuracy is the responsibility of the originating publisher — and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of content displayed here. External links lead to websites we do not control.
Advertising
The site may display third-party advertising to cover running costs. Advertisers do not influence which stories appear. Ads are governed by the advertising provider's own terms and our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always live at this address with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
